Through our Management Contract, we would:
Oversee and monitor all aspects of the building on a daily basis.
Provide full accounting with bill paying and rent collection.
Consistently monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality services at the most economical pricing.
Strive to have a personal relationship with the tenants to ensure tenant retention.
If requested, provide legal services with regard to drafting new leases and lease reviews (attorney’s fee would be applied)
And provide one unique service, our semi-annual “Mark-to-Market” valuation analysis. With MAI appraisers and Investment Sale Brokers on our staff, we are able to provide a semi-annual valuation of your asset to keep ownership updated as to this asset’s value.
