Hospitality

PRA professionals have extensive experience in the underwriting and sales of hotel assets, a specialty with unique issues.   Hospitality industry assets must be analyzed diligently, due to the real estate and "going concern" value that these assets possess.  We have an extensive background in appraising over $50,000,000 of hospitality assets and working in the acquisition and underwriting of various investment grade hotel assets.
