John M. Shea is a third generation Real Estate Broker. He began his career when licensed as an agent in 1985. He remained with Greene Countrie Realty until the establishment of Rosedon Real Estate Services in 2006. Mr. Shea served as President of both organizations and currently serves as President and Broker of Record for PRA. He is actively licensed as a broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. His responsibilities require an active roll in the business development and brokerage aspects of the corporation.
He is a graduate of Tulane University, a past board memeber of the PA/NJ/DE chapter of CCIM, and currently a member of ICSC. Mr. Shea resides with his wife and two sons in Villanova, PA.
Thomas D. Tegler, Jr.

Mr. Tegler is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PRA’s Commercial Brokerage Division including leasing, management and non-investment sales. Mr. Tegler has over twenty four years of commercial real estate experience including tenant and landlord representation, management, sales and residential development.
Prior to entering commercial real estate full time in 1983, Mr. Tegler spent three years with Montgomery County as a Project Coordinator, overseeing infrastructure construction and development throughout the county. Mr. Tegler is also a past member and chairman of Perkiomen Township, Montgomery County Planning Commission.
In 1986, Mr. Tegler was awarded the “Broker of the Year” by Rouse and Associates (Liberty Property Trust) for the Great Valley region Mr. Tegler formed Tegler Real Estate Associates, Inc. in 1988 and later Tegler-Bush Real Estate Associates, Ltd.
Mr. Tegler has completed various landmark transactions including, the 88,000 sq. ft. build to suit for Penn State Great Valley and the subsequent sale of 11.87 acres to Penn State for their Conference Center expansion. Mr. Tegler also completed several transactions with Jefferson Healthcare/Main Line Health including, a 72,000 sq. ft. ten year lease negotiated for an Ambulatory Care facility, in Broomall, Pa. Mr. Tegler has also developed several residential projects which were sold to residential builders.
Mr. Tegler received his Bachelor degree in Municipal Planning and Geography from West Chester University in 1982. Mr. Tegler is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Pennsylvania, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Chester County Commercial/Industrial/Investment Council.
Rick Conly

Mr. Conly joined PRA in November 2009 as a 10+ year commercial real estate veteran. Rick’s focus is on office and industrial leasing and sales. Prior to PRA, Rick was a broker with Grubb & Ellis and Axis Realty Partners where he was a tenant and landlord representative. He also served as a leasing agent responsible for a 2 million square foot office portfolio and 300,000sf industrial portfolio for Brandywine Realty Trust; the nation’s 5th largest office landlord. Rick has successfully completed lease transactions in excess of 1.5 million square feet. Among Landlords and tenants that Rick has worked with are: Brandywine Realty Trust, Liberty Property Trust, Berwind Property Group, IBM, Verizon, Mutual of Omaha, and Met Life.
Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University in Florida. Rick actively holds a Pennsylvania Broker’s license and is a member if the Tri-State REALTORS Commercial Alliance.

Tim has been a member of Professional Realty Advisors since its inception and is now Vice President of Commercial Brokerage. He is actively involved in both landlord and tenant representation with a breadth of knowledge in retail, office and industrial real estate. Some of his retail clients include Planet Fitness and Pretzel Boys.
Tim is a member of ICSC and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 2009 Tim achieved the designation of LEED Accredited Professional and is an active member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.

Scott Case has been with Professional Realty Advisors since January of 2008. Prior to that, he worked with Rosedon Real Estate services focusing on all aspects of commercial brokerage. Mr. Case works very closely with his clients and is always focused on fulfilling their particular needs. Mr. Case has represented numerous Landlords and Tenants in the Philadelphia area including Planet Fitness and Pretzel Boys.
Mr. Case is a 1982 graduate of the University of Delaware with a BA in Political Science and Economics. Mr. Case also holds a JD from the University of Richmond. Mr. Case lives in Devon, PA with his wife and 3 daughters.

Pat joined Professional Realty Advisors in January 2008 as a Vice President in Commercial Brokerage. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, he concentrates his efforts in the Delaware County territory. Pat started in commercial real estate with Greene Countrie Realty in 2006 and worked for Rosedon Real Estate Services prior to joining PRA.
Pat earned his BA in Business Administration at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Catherine M. Swanson

Cathy joined Professional Realty Advisors in 2008 as an Associate in Commercial Brokerage. Prior to joining PRA, she worked with Tegler Bush Real Estate Associates, Ltd., whose firm merged with PRA in 2008. She provided both tenant and landlord representation in lease transactions during this tenure.
Cathy brings 16 years of experience in sales/marketing and auditing to her real estate brokerage profession, working for such companies as Mack Trucks, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc, Centocor, Purdue Frederick, and The Percheron Group. This diverse business experience adds a well-rounded perspective to her client interactions.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and formerly worked as an internal auditor in the private sector while licensed as a CPA. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Keith Mecca, Esquire

Keith Mecca handles a wide array of aspects for PRA including landlord/tenant representation and commercial sales. Mr. Mecca brings a diverse business and legal background to PRA and its clients.
His business career includes experience with the Vanguard Group and Progress Financial Resources, a subsidiary of Progress Bank. As an entrepreneur, he founded and operated a professional athlete sports management firm and served three years as the General Manager of the Philadelphia Barrage of Major League Lacrosse. During his tenure, the Barrage became the first team in MLL history to win back to back championships.
Mr. Mecca is a 2001 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and a 1995 graduate of Drexel University. He is also a graduate of Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School where he serves on the President’s Council and athletic advisory boards.
In addition to his role at PRA, Mr. Mecca also serves Of Counsel to the Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett and Bendesky law firm in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Mecca is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Mecca has also served as an Arbitrator in Montgomery County. He is married, has a young son, and resides in the West Chester area.

Ted joined Professional Realty Advisors in January 2008 as an Associate in Commercial Brokerage. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, he concentrates his efforts in the Southern NJ territory. Prior to joining PRA, Ted worked in commercial and residential real estate development out of Margate, New Jersey. Preceding his extensive career in real estate development, he was a Project Manager for a computer software company in New York City.
Andy Hyde

Andy has over thirteen years experience in self storage development, construction and management. In the mid 1990’s, Hyde joined Public Storage as Senior Project Manager where he supervised the East coast office to oversee construction of thirty-five facilities. Responsibilities included site feasibility, due diligence inspections, architectural and engineering coordination, and project management. At Public Storage, he was recognized for outstanding job performance, analytical skills and integrity.
Hyde owns and operates several commercial properties, including a self storage facility in Philadelphia, PA. Born in New Jersey, he received a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University. He serves on the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association Board of Directors, member of the Self Storage Association, is a CCIM candidate and is Co-Chaired the Haddonfield Environmental Commission.
